By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

04. User Accounts
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Accuracy
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Security
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Notification
Promptly notify us of unauthorized access
Updates
Update account information when necessary
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

06. Recruitment Responsibilities
Candidates agree to provide truthful professional information and participate in good faith. Employers agree to use candidate information responsibly, comply with anti-discrimination laws, and maintain data confidentiality. HIREMORPH is not responsible for disputes arising between parties.
07. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and proprietary content are owned by HIREMORPH or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for intended purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
08. User Submissions & Feedback
Users may submit feedback or ideas. You grant HIREMORPH a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such feedback to improve Services. Personal information in feedback remains governed by our Privacy Policy.
09. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. HIREMORPH does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or business decisions. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Platform Availability
We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, failures, or updates. We are not liable for service interruptions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” HIREMORPH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES.
12. Limitation of Liability
HIREMORPH shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, employment disputes, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the preceding 12 months (or $100 if no fees were paid).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HIREMORPH from claims arising from your misuse, violation of Terms, or legal disputes with other users. This obligation survives account termination.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend access for Terms violations, security concerns, or fraud. Termination does not relieve outstanding legal or financial obligations.
15. Data Protection & Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Users agree to handle personal information responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted informally. If unresolved, they shall be governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Force Majeure
HIREMORPH is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or governmental actions.
18. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.
19. Assignment
You may not assign rights without consent. HIREMORPH may transfer rights as part of business operations.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HIREMORPH regarding the Services.
